AeroCore Browser
Proprietary Software License
1. Grant of License
AeroCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
royalty-free license to install and use one copy of AeroCore Browser on a
compatible device for personal use.
2. Restrictions
Except for rights expressly granted in this license or required by
applicable law, you may not:
* sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make AeroCore Browser
available to a third party;
* modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of AeroCore Browser;
* reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble AeroCore Browser; or
* redistribute AeroCore Browser or any part of it.
These restrictions apply only to AeroCore's proprietary software. They do
not limit rights granted by the licenses of third-party components included
with or distributed alongside AeroCore Browser.
3. Ownership
AeroCore Browser and all associated proprietary intellectual property remain
the property of AeroCore and its licensors. No ownership rights are
transferred to you.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AEROCORE BROWSER IS
PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
AEROCORE AND ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO
THE USE OF AEROCORE BROWSER.
5. Third-Party Components
AeroCore Browser includes third-party software, including the Chromium
Embedded Framework (CEF). Third-party components are not covered by the
proprietary license above and remain subject to their respective licenses.
The applicable third-party license texts and notices must be provided with
the corresponding release artifacts where required.
